Shipping Policy and Costs
To ensure that our products reach you at optimal conditions, each carton is wrapped with a custom made hard cardboard box, and sealed in a specially designed plastic shrink cover. Each package may be shipped to you separately in order to comply with international postal regulations and standards, e.g. if you ordered 5 cartons, your order will be shipped to you the same day, but may not arrive simultaneously. You may receive each carton on a different day. Some cartons may arrive at the same day. The average delivery time is between 2 - 5 business days to countries worldwide. On rare occasions, such as holiday seasons' rush, some orders may experience a slight delay. Transport - Delivery - Delivery Schedule Unless the Customer has failed to make payment for any reason, the Products will be delivered to the address indicated within a period of two (2) to five (5) days (only working days taken into account). The delivery time given to the Customer by " www.Alfakherflavours.com " may vary depending on the country involved. In case delivery is made and nobody is at the indicated address to accept delivery, the carrier shall leave a note indicating that it was unsuccessful in making the delivery and that the Customer should come to recover the Products at a location specified by the carrier. " www.Alfakherflavours.com " will not, for any reason, be held liable for any deterioration in the Products due to a Customers' failure to collect the Products in a timely manner. Order Cancellation/Refunds
Once an order has been placed on www.alfakherflavours.com we cannot provide any refunds and/or cancel the order for any reason whatsoever. Products purchased on www.alfakherflavours.com cannot be returned and/or refunded.

Alfakherflavours.com does not provide any type of guarantee against International customs and tariffs. It is the responsibility of the customer to research the customs laws and regulations in his/her country, and accept full responsibility for the package. Alfakherflavours.com does not refund or resend packages that have been seized, taxed or destroyed by foreign customs and does not accept responsibility for the package once it has been mailed or couriered.
